Belknap Place Apartments breaks ground

GRAND RAPIDS, November 4, 2021 – Officials from Third Coast Development, PK Companies, Grand Valley State University, the City of Grand Rapids, and other project partners broke ground on a $12 million, 50-unit apartment complex in the flourishing Belknap Lookout neighborhood. The Runway 5K, a unique race that gives walkers and runners the rare opportunity to compete on an actual airport runway, will return to the Gerald R. Ford International Airport on Saturday, Sept. 25. Live music in your neighborhood this summer

Between July 7 and 20 the Grand Rapids Symphony will offer 11 free outdoor mini concerts as part of their Neighborhood Concert Series. Ensembles of musicians will perform for approximately 30 minutes in natural park settings–as far south as Wyoming and as far north as Newaygo.  Pioneer Construction is a proud supporter of the Grand Rapids Symphony and
