Therefore, we have rigorous subcontractor prequalification processes to ensure technical expertise and capability, relevant project experience, safety procedures, LEED capabilities, and financial stability.
Pioneer Construction maintains a commitment to diversity and inclusion in our procurement practices. We welcome subcontractor and supplier submission of our General Prequalification Form and/or Project Specific Prequalification Forms.
Prequalification forms must be 100% completed and properly submitted as directed on the forms to be considered. General Prequalification does not apply to Project Specific Prequalification. To be considered for any project with a posted Project Specific Prequalification Form, the Project Specific Prequalification Form must be 100% completed and submitted regardless of General Prequalification status with Pioneer Construction.
