Areas constructed include a terminal, office space, maintenance garage and parking garage as well as the hangar. The hangar itself as a clear span 160’ x 30’ opening for the Norco motorized specialty door that rolls on a snow melted and under drained rail system. The hangar has a lifeline system for tie-off for maintenance on top of the airplanes. Coordination of heights for this system and the skyblade fans was critical. The 60’ x 300’ apron outside of the door is snow melted as well.
The office and terminal areas have custom curved wood walls and floating cloud ceilings. The kitchenette and galley areas include solid surface countertops and full beverage and catering capabilities.
