The project is LEED Gold certified and is an affordable housing initiative featuring solar power and measures for construction pollution prevention, rainwater management, and energy efficiency. Appliances are Energy Star rated and meet strict energy-efficiency specifications. The building is managed by PK Housing and Management, and includes amenities such as wheelchair access, bike racks, community room, and an elevator. Grand Valley State University, Third Coast Development, and Integrated Architecture are other partners involved in the project.
