GRAND RAPIDS, June 13, 2022 — Pioneer is currently on-site with middle school campers at the West Michigan Construction Institute during the first session of its construction summer camp.
Youth campers had a chance to try rigging and hoisting steel today. “It’s great seeing young people trying out the various trades,” says Adam Gorlewski, one of Pioneer’s team of instructors. The other team members are Aaron Cooper, Bob Bliss, Brooklyn Carriveau, Christopher Kallemeyn, Jordan Kitelinger, Mike Herweyer and Riley Klinker.
If you missed the June session, registration is still currently open for the upcoming July camp. The deadline for the July camp is June 30. Space is limited and scholarships are available.
