Ellis Parking Surface Lot

Pioneer was hired to build a new, 175-space surface lot for Ellis Parking in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. It includes four barrier-free spaces, 2,000 square feet of green space, decorative fencing around the entire site, and automated entry and exits.
