This mixed-use complex on Michigan Street and Diamond Avenue includes 165 residential units, two retail spaces, a 240-space parking ramp, and a Gordon Food Services.The building's first floor is framed with structural steel, while the upper three floors utilize wood framing.  The parking ramp is composed of structural precast concrete.This project is LEED for Homes Silver certified.
