24,000 SF Manufacturing/warehouse space plus complete renovation of existing 17,000 SF office and manufacturing space. This project incorporated universal design elements, using natural light and other sustainable building practices. The manufacturing space is used for small assembly and confidential document management. The office area has learning space, a fitness area, internet cafe, and new meeting rooms.
