Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum Addition and Renovation

This two-story addition included new offices on the first floor, a temporary exhibit room and mechanical room on the second floor, a new security office and updated security monitoring, a new loading dock, and Collection storage room for Ford's archives.  Pioneer also did the complete renovation of the HVAC system as well as the entrance and sales shop/storage.   An exact replica of the White House Cabinet Room while Ford was in office was also built. This is exact down to how the sun shines in the windows, the clock on the fire place mantle, and the pictures on the wall.
