This 8,000 SF existing building was a truck terminal that was renovated into a new bar with full kitchen, restrooms, and offices. The existing roof was removed and a new insulated roof panel was installed over existing steel trusses. Skylights were installed in the existing location of the old skylight area and all the roof boards were cleaned and reinstalled in the bar area as well as the wainscot and shelving in the bar area. The existing overhead doors were removed and enlarged to install new glass overhead doors to the patio area.Renovations and addition were completed in approximately 105 days.
