Starbucks at The Amway

Created from the unused space within the Lumber Baron Bar, this facility was designed to be a free-standing coffee shop that would not interfere with the Lumber Baron. The two facilities share a common wall and many of the same utilities which was a major cost savings as the two were constructed in the same phase. Upon completion, members of the Starbuck’s Administration visited the facility prior to the opening and gave the highest compliments, not only for the quality but for the timely completion (4 months), resulting in a savings for everyone involved with the project.
