Peckham Riverside

Peckham Inc. is a community rehabilitation organization that seeks to maximize the potential of persons with barriers to employment. Peckham, Integrated Architecture, and Pioneer Construction have teamed up again to renovate one of Peckham’s former manufacturing and warehouse facilities into a bright, beautiful and refreshing office space.  The renovated facility is home to Peckham’s Department of State call center and support for the call center operation.  Construction was completed in three phases, allowing the call center to remain in operation throughout the project.  This existing pre-engineered steel building was modified to allow for the extensive addition of new windows and a new lightwell in the center of the building, providing natural light for every occupant of the building.  Currently, the project is under review for a LEED CI Certification rating.
