Holiday Inn - Spring Lake

  As the general trades contractor, Pioneer Construction renovated the exterior, built a new canopy, as well as completed carpentry and demolition on four floors of rooms within the hotel. Some exterior concrete work was completed, and structural steel was erected for the canopy and interior reinforcments.
