GVSU Pew Campus Parking Ramp

Phase I of this fast-track project involved design through construction of a 950-car, three-bay pre-cast parking ramp with one on-grade and four supported levels above, with capability of expansion for a Phase II 950-car addition. Planning for the parking structure began in October 2003 with substantial completion by August 2004. Construction cost, which included several City-required street improvements, was $17,076,000.
