Grand Oaks Banquet Hall

This elegant new banquet hall was “green built” and is serviced by 100% geo-thermal system. The existing building HVAC system was completely upgraded to utilize the geo-thermal system as well. 40% of the building products were locally manufactured and fabricatedLow/No VOC adhesives and paints were used and site disruption was minimal.  We did not remove any green spaces because we built on an existing parking lot. Storm water is 100% retained and reused on site.
