Complete renovation of existing Wedgewood building (40,000 sf).  Renovation to include a 30-bed higher end substance abuse rehab facility, clinical space for professional offices and group room programming on the first floor, plus a 13 bed detox unit, group therapy wing and a professional office suite on the second floor.
