We carefully select only the finest construction professionals to become members of the Project Management Team at Pioneer Construction. We target individuals who are proactive and exhibit integrity, leadership abilities, exceptional communication skills, creativity, innovation, responsiveness, and organization.
Our Project Management team elected to create a bullpen office environment rather than having enclosed offices to encourage information sharing and an open exchange of best-practices. This physical layout promotes collaboration and efficient problem solving.
We also encourage market specialization with ongoing education and professional development so our Project Managers become leaders in their respective area(s) of expertise.
We then pair our Project Managers with superior Superintendents to create the best possible construction teams. Many of our Project Managers are LEED Accredited Professionals and have completed MIOSHA 30-Hour Safety Training. Individual Project Managers also offer various professional designations and memberships with the Pre-Cast Concrete Institute, the American Society of Professional Estimators, the National Frame Buildings Association, and the American Concrete Institute.
Both Design/Build and Construction Management delivery methods enable our clients to be involved in Project Manager selection.
