Gaines Charter Township Offices

The new Gaines Township Hall was designed to provide an attractive, economical, and functional building for the community of Gaines Charter Township.  The facility houses the Water Department, Building Department, Planning and Zoning Department, and a substation for the Kent County Sheriffs Department.  The building sits back from the corner of Kalamazoo and 84th Street and is surrounded by open landscaping, walking paths, and a feature pond.  The distinctive blue standing seam roof and skylight, combined with the brick veneer, aluminum panels, and glass curtainwall gives this new building a unique and impressive character.
