The Tassell MTEC center was build with a generous donation from Leslie E. Tassell, and at 85,000 square feet it houses many Grand Rapids Community College programs ranging from Automotive Servicing, to Manufacturing and Building Trades and Construction. This two-story facility was designed by Samuel Ojo of SKO & Associates, Inc, and is made of structural steel with brick façade and architectural panels with a standing seam metal roof containing a central skylight. It was constructed for $8 million and is located at 622 Godfrey Avenue SW in Grand Rapids, Michigan. |
