The Ellis Midtown Parking Ramp is one of the newest additions to one of Grand Rapid’s oldest office buildings. Designed by Rich & Associates, the 600 space parking ramp is located in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan at the corner of Monroe and Lyon. The 40,000 square-foot parking facility was completed for a budget of $8,000,000. |
