American Seating Park is a stylish, mixed-use facility near Grand Valley State’s downtown campus; it is just north of downtown and a few blocks west of the Grand River. Three separate buildings currently comprise the complex. Business space and luxury apartments are located in CLARK PLACE, while OFF-BROADWAY houses efficiency, loft and townhouse apartments. Between the buildings lies an exquisitely landscaped courtyard. Plus, there is a common area set to offer vending machines and a study cubicles.

This $30 million renovation was part of a Renaissance Zone redevelopment. The facility totals 350,000 square feet and features 102 apartment units and additional retail space. Brian Winkelmann of Winkelmann Architects designed the renovation which is located at 801 Broadway NW in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
