Pioneer Construction is an active member of our local community and we believe in supporting that community in every way possible.  In addition to our tradition of support at the corporate level, Pioneer employees recognize the importance of making a difference and giving of their personal time and resources to support causes that are near to their hearts.  It is our core belief that in order to be truely successful as a company, we need to make a significant impact on the lives of people in our community.   While we do not publish the specific names of organizations that we support, the primary focus of our giving is in the following areas:   Basic Human Needs - Through Homeless Shelters and Food Pantries Inner City Youth Causes - Through organizations that improve the lives of kids living in Grand Rapids Christian Ministries - Through local Church organizations and non profit foundations Educational Advancement - Through local education foundations Physical and Mental Health Needs - Through Healthcare organizations, Research Intitutes, and non profit foundations
