Located on the Allendale, Michigan campus of Grand Valley State University, this project included 100,00 square feet of student apartments, 140,000 square feet of dorms and a 12,000 square foot commons area. At a total cost of $18.4 million, Pioneer Construction created new student apartments, renovated dorms and constructed the Kleiner Commons all based on designs by Design Plus, Inc. The complex includes wood frame construction with brick veneer exterior, stone window sills and stone arched entrances. |
